Steps of complain handling by Vayak staffcare mobile Apps

  • Complain will be received by call center by way of SMS, Phone, Email, other
  • Complain Data will be entered in vayak admin website or with mobile app in the system by office staff
  • Complain data will then available to service Manager in his mobile.
  • Now manager will handover complain to proper service engineer
  • Service Staff will receive notification in his mobile with all complain detail and address
  • Now service engineer will visit to client site for solveing problem
  • After service he will close complain with work done entry in mobile app.
  • All complains current status is available to office online
